After receiving the content of a biography of Ray and Charles Eames, we were given free rein on how to approach the design solution and showcase strong typography skills. We were pushed to let the type do the communicating instead of relying on imagery or shapes. By applying an extensive hierarchy to each spread, the resolved design of the book becomes easily readable and visually pleasing.
