Chelsea Constantino, a junior from Butler, PA, has received the 1st annual Stantec scholarship designated for La Roche College interior design students. Stantec is a global consulting firm that acquired the Butler architectural firm, Burt Hill, in 2010. Stantec’s services include “planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management, and project economics.”
Beginning in the 1970’s, Burt Hill became a supporter of the interior design program at La Roche, by offering internships and employment for many of our students and graduates. The Interior Design department is grateful to Stantec for their continued support and for the establishment of the $2,000 scholarship.
