Hello, my name is Jaina Warren and I was born and raised on the island of St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. As a child, I have always had an innate interest and love of the island paradise I call home. Loving the world around me so much, I would spend most of my time in computer class, on MSN photos, looking at photographs from around the world. I’ve loved to draw and paint since I was a young child. My earliest influences coming from watching Japanese animated TV shows called “anime.” Popular anime series like Naruto, One Piece, and Full Metal, and many more, inspired me to pursue my dreams despite the adversities that I may face in the future. Wanting to continue using art in the future, I looked to graphic design. My dream job would involve me using graphic design and illustration to bring interestingly compelling ideas about people and the physical world to life. In my freetime I love to draw in my sketchbook and cultivate my creativity by learning more about the fundamentals of art.
