Creativity and knowledge are my strong suits. With continuous art self-learning through video tutorials on everything from pottery spinning to mixing paint, bring out my passion for design. I always wanted to be an artist or designer, trying my hand at a variety of creative pursuits from sculpture to interior design. With older siblings leading the way in graphic design, I first fell in love with the field by way of their work. I was exposed to how design is used to showcase a company in a beautiful way while also drawing the viewer in to learn more. I love anything abstract, more specifically paintings and abstract ceramic work. Having a diverse variety of work that I have completed makes me not focus on just one type of style. I find that when it comes to inspiration, I look towards the future and my goals I want to reach one day. I am pursuing the dream of being a working designer in the industry of freelance and later pursuing design education.
Reflecting on the effects of Covid-19, this past year has given me time to reflect on my work and self to find out what truly makes me happy. Whether that be creating more of what I enjoy while also using the skills I learned in school.
