Hi, my name is Cecilia. I am an Interior Architecture and Design major, and a Marketing minor. Since I was a little girl, I have had a passion for transforming spaces through interior design. I specifically remember staring at evacuation maps every time that I went to the doctor’s or my dad’s office. I would be so intrigued by how the spaces were divided, but also how they overlapped and interacted with one another. I knew that, one day, I wanted to be able to layout a space and create my own floor plans. I fell in love with the idea of impacting others through these designs. At my time at La Roche and during my internships, I have learned a lot about material selection and the importance of proper circulation of space. I will implement all of my knowledge and use these experiences as I enter my career. I look forward to my future as an Interior Architect, working both on residential and commercial projects, with the ultimate goal of flipping homes some day. Outside of interior design, I play lacrosse and enjoy hiking, thrifting, and playing board games.
